Its location is marvellous, right next to cafeterias and a stadium. It is in a pretty comfortable area.

The staff was wonderful and accommodations excellent.

My stay during vacation was very nice. I appreciated having a room with a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel offered essential facilities like central heating, a TV set, and a microwave. The pool area was nice, and the location was amazing and excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and the Ontario Mills mall.

Very clean and beautiful rooms. Friendly staff, and they provide a wonderful breakfast with plenty of options.

Staff was very nice

Ac's noisy and not working properly. All of the hallway seemed to be about 150 degrees and elevators as well. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. pillows were like balloons and the mattress was horrible. Breakfast is all carbs. no meat. eggs burnt. so i had milk.

The breakfasts with hot food were great, and our rooms were modern and nicely renovated, including a jacuzzi.

Lots of decent food for meals.

The breakfast which was a very good variety and always plentiful. And that there were always wonderful in-house made cookies always at reception area.

This place is super clean and fabulous, with awesome views of the mountains - it's a great spot. The restaurant is really nice, and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. I'd totally recommend a stay here to others. 🏔️

This newly renovated budget-friendly place has a convenient location near a stadium and various restaurants within a short walking distance, offering a wide range of food choices.

Accessibility for wheelchairs is great. King suite was perfect size for all medical needs. Breakfast hourss excellent. Food was amazing. Staff went out of there way to accommodate. Thank you Beth at front desk for your help.

The front desk person told me my card only cleared for two days I called my bank and the money was there. The next day she told me it cleared for two more days, so I made arrangements to stay at a person that I met at the training I was in town for on the fifth day. When I came back to pick up my co-worker who stayed for the five days he suggested that I get my bill instead of assuming it was correct. When I did I found that I was charged for the fifth day, so I explained what I had been told they said they would call when the women I spoke to arrived. When she called she said it was my fault because I didn't check out on the fourth day and I would still be charged. I explained why would I come down and check out when you told me I could only stay for four days. I left the card in the room like I always do when leaving a hotel. The end result is I paid for a night I didn't stay and stayed with someone I really didn't know because of what I was told by the staff.
